The first consultation at Winner & Associates is without charge.  The standard fee arrangement is itemized monthly billings for time on an hourly basis plus costs.  For selected cases, however, the firm will work on a contingent fee basis.  In that event, the client pays nothing for attorneys' fees and costs until settlement or judgment.  In all cases, a signed fee agreement will be entered into.
